If you’re a **Journeyman Millwright** with **5+ years of hands-on experience** and a desire to lead, build, and grow something from the ground up — this is **your opportunity** to run a division like it’s your own business.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Lead and build** the Mechanical Services Division from the ground up
- **Oversee and run crews** on job sites
- Take ownership of **client relations, quoting, and some sales**:

- Operate and maintain **company-provided truck, trailer, and tools**:

- Step in to **support belting jobs** when mechanical work is quiet
- Ensure projects are completed **safely, efficiently, and to high standards**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Journeyman Millwright Certification** (Red Seal)
- **5+ years of field experience** in industrial/mechanical services
- Leadership or supervisory experience a major asset
- Comfortable with **sales, quoting, and client interaction**:

- **Self-starter** who can work independently and lead a crew
- A solid **team player** willing to jump in wherever needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
