Production Assembler

Winnipeg, Canada K-Hart Industries Ltd. Full time

K-Hart Industries designs and manufactures equipment for agricultural producers focused on conservation agriculture. We are currently looking for production assemblers for our brand-new facility located at 16 South Landing Drive, Oak Bluff, MB.

**Location**:16 South Landing Dr., Oak Bluff, Manitoba

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform assembly of parts to create finished components
- Organize components for shipping
- Kit components for future assembly
- Maintain high quality standards such as fastener torque
- Read and comprehend assembly drawings
- Endeavour to complete tasks in allotted time
- Operate equipment related to assembly including hand tools, measuring equipment, power tools, and shop machinery
- Work in accordance with company procedures as well as health & safety regulations
- Completion of paperwork as required
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Must have good English communication skills, written & oral
- Willing and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent work ethic and safe work attitude
- Must be mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills
- Must be physically able to manipulate components up to 50lb
- Must be willing to obtain in-house forklift certification
- Must have a Class 5 driver's license

**Schedule**:

- 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Some weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
