We are looking for a **Marketing Manager **to manage our marketing program in order to increase brand awareness and drive leads.

The **Marketing - Lead Gen Manager** will be responsible for helping maintain Veriday’s brand and driving lead generation by working on digital marketing campaigns. Their duties will include performing market research, executing valuable digital marketing tactics based on that research, strategizing with other marketing team members, and creating content to aid in the success of said campaigns, ultimately resulting in the marketing team’s priority of leads generated.

**What you will do?**
- Research marketing opportunities in line with Veriday offerings.
- Research competitors’ pricing and products as well as prospects' needs and pain points in order to better generate leads
- Decide on the appropriate placement of ads and social content
- Determine what content will reach customers and prospects
- Suggest and develop projects to create lead generation content
- Publish digital marketing content online (ads, social, paid social)
- Create website landing pages (Wordpress) to drive brand awareness as well as lead conversion (ie: lead magnets, funnels)
- Measure digital traffic to ensure tactics are optimized for lead generation
- Monitor social media and Google Analytics and optimize for continued increase in performance
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate leads
- Manage SEO and paid SEO for the Veriday website to ensure optimal rankings.
- Report on the growth and analytics of business unit level outcomes
- Scale campaigns to maximize ROI, the first step being lead generation
- Monitor project status and report to team lead
- Conduct market research to inform and improve campaigns

The **Marketing Manager** should have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Web Development or other applicable fields that enhance their ability to execute and maintain targeted content to promote Veriday’s products and services. They should also be open to learning about target audiences and their industries in order to understand how to appeal to those audiences and expand our customer base.
