**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
- Provide excellent hospitality by engaging with customers, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Manage time effectively to maintain efficient service during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A passion for bartending and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
