We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist.

Your primary focus will be reaching out to current clients through outbound calling, assessing if the client requires any assistance, if the information on file requires updating, and to help build relationships with these clients to drive retention and client satisfaction.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with your supervisor to select your working hours within our operating hours of Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to current customers and update the information on file.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively serve our clients.
- Coordinate calls between clients and other departments as needed, including agents and claims staff.
- Data management & and tracking of customer interactions.
- Report to your manager to provide accurate and timely information about customer requirements and feedback.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for call volume.
- Other client-services related tasks as assigned by your direct manager.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to use CRM software and other administration-related tools.
- High level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with clients.

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
