We have a key opportunity for an **Estimator** to join our team in London or Warwick Township.

We are looking for a team player with solid communication skills (both verbal and written). - **Key Responsibilities include**:_
- Prepare construction estimates based on quotations, drawings, and specifications.
- Complete takeoff and bid compilation using B2W Estimate.
- Assist in preparation of pre-construction and construction services proposals.
- Examine and analyze tenders and make recommendations.
- Follow the company cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
- Liaise, consult, and communicate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Research and analyze cost data for review and presentation.
- Assisting with Project Schedules.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures while following OHSA and construction regulations.
- **Required Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience include**:_
- Civil Engineering or Construction Management diploma is an asset.
- 3+ years experience in construction industry, ort similar industry is a must.
- Proven experience in estimating within the civil construction industry.
- Computer skills and software experience including Microsoft Office Applications.
- Experience with Bid2Win, Heavy Bid, is an asset.
- Experience with ERP programs such as Maestro is an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
- Knowledge of MTO book 7 Traffic Control Requirements.
- Experience with hazard assessments and controls in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
