**Key Responsibilities**:
- Learn the fundamentals of real estate transactions, including market analysis, property valuation, negotiation, and closing processes.
- Assist experienced agents and brokers in facilitating property transactions, gaining hands-on experience and industry knowledge.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Utilize marketing strategies under guidance to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
- Collaborate with the team, absorb industry insights, and actively engage in learning opportunities to enhance your skill set.
**Requirements**:
- In the process of obtaining or recently obtained a real estate license in Ontario.
- Passion for real estate and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Eagerness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
- Tech-savvy and open to learning and utilizing real estate software and tools.
