**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate snow plow trucks and other related equipment to clear snow and ice from roadways and parking areas.
- Perform routine maintenance on snow removal equipment, including checking fluid levels, changing blades, and ensuring proper functionality.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing situations to maintain safe driving conditions.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts efficiently.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for additional tasks such as digging or maintaining landscape features affected by snow accumulation.
- Follow safety protocols at all times while operating machinery and working in winter conditions.

**Qualifications (Bobcat & Truckplow Operators)**
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in operating heavy machinery or snow plow equipment.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices is a plus, including the ability to build and maintain garden areas impacted by snow.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues on-site.
- Ability to work long hours during winter storms, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A valid driver's license is required; a commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred but not mandatory.
