**Job Responsibilities 岗位职责**
- Develop and follow up on customer resources, conduct high-level phone or face-to-face consultations, provide detailed answers to customer inquiries about the company's business, and facilitate contract signings. 开发及跟进客户资源，进行高水准的电话沟通或面对面咨询，详细解答客户关于公司业务的各类问题，并促成签约;
- Establish detailed customer profiles and provide efficient customer service. 建立详细客户档案，提供高效的客户服务；
- Expand effective market channels. 拓展有效市场渠道；
- Participate and coordinate in company seminars and market channel activities, explore potential customers during events.参与配合公司的项目讲座、市场渠道活劢，在活动中;
- Master various business knowledge of the company to provide professional consulting services to clients. 掌握公司各项业务知识，为客户提供专业的咨询服务;
- Collaborate and guide contracted clients in preparing relevant materials. 协助并指导签约客户准备相关材料；
- Gain a deeper understanding of customer needs, strengthen emotional connections with customers, establish excellent customer satisfaction, deeply explore customer needs, and obtain customer-referred resources, as well as broader immigration demand configurations. 进一步了解客户需求，加深与客户感情联系，建立一流的客户满意度，深度开发客户需求，获取客户推荐客户的资源，及更广泛的移民需求配置；
- Actively complete other tasks assigned by the company and superiors. 积极完成公司和上级交办的其他工作。

**Qualifications 任职要求**
- More than 2 year of relevant work experience in the immigration field and sales experience. 有2年以上移民领域相关工作经验，销售经验；
- Willingness to contribute to the company's development. 有脚踏实地为公司发展出力的意愿；

- Priority given to those with Canadian immigration work experience. 有加拿大移民工作经验的优先
