**RECEPTIONIST - PART TIME**

We are currently seeking a reliable, responsible, part-time receptionist for our front reception for evenings and Saturdays (dealership is closed Sundays).

Primary duties will include but may not be limited to:

- Answering the phone and transferring calls to appropriate personnel/departments
- Taking messages as required
- Greeting customers and directing inquiries to the sales department
- Responsible for opening and closing duties including balancing the till, receiving overnight key drop-offs, service rental returns, etc.
- Cashing out service customers
- Taking deposits, issuing refunds and completing sales transactions
- Assisting with stocking in vehicles and other tasks as required
