Practitioner Space available for sublet in new wellness clinic. I am looking for an R.Ac, ND, Clinical Counselor, Athletic Therapist, Kinesiologist, or other health/wellness professional. The space: Large treatment room with window overlooking the courtyard and mountains. High ceilings and lots of natural light. Room comes fully equipped with: -Fully automated treatment table -Desk -Stool -Storage -A/C in warmer weather -Pillows/Bolster -Linens (upon request) -Jane App Booking The Clinic: Strength into Wellness is a branch of the busy gym Strength into Fitness located across the courtyard. The clinic is ground level and newly renovated with 3 treatment rooms, a washroom, and a small exercise rehab room. The clinic owner has quite a few referrals through her fitness business if you are starting a practice from scratch. In addition, we are located very close to Thetis lake, perfect for going for walks on a lunch break. About me: I am a 4th year Osteopathy Manual Practice Student and Kinesiologist operating under the brand Align Kinesiology and Exercise Rehab. I have a busy practice with a heavy ICBC case load and would have referrals depending on modality. I am using the room ~20/25 hours a week and would love for someone to utilize the space while I’m not in there. Details: Flexible room rental options dependent upon practitioner. -Split 20/80 up to cap (you keep 80% to cap and then keep 100% of earnings after cap has been reached) -Daily rate or flat monthly rate negotiable -Evening/Morning/Daytime/Weekend availability
