**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate forklift counterbalance to move, load, and unload materials and products safely.
- Perform order picking tasks using warehouse management systems to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of products throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and order verification.

**Experience**
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse distribution environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and warehouse management systems is advantageous.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to material handling equipment is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order accuracy are essential.
