**Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Care Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. This position requires a caring demeanor, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

**Duties**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
- Monitor clients’ health by checking vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety during movement.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to supervisors.
- Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals to meet the specific needs of each client.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in home health care or related field is a plus but not required.
- Certification as HCA or PSW preffered.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans accurately.
- Reliable transportation for travel between client homes may be required.
- Must be able to provide a clean criminal record check..

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
