**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in presentation.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals during service hours.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques and equipment usage.
- Participate in daily prep work to ensure all ingredients are ready for service.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow within the food industry.

Pay: $15.65 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
