**Job Title**: Accounts Receivable Analyst Department: Corporate Finance

**position responsibilities**

  • Bank deposit (via deposit machine)
  • Manage Training Program and maintain Training Matrix
  • Daily communication with both internal and external customers: building positive relationships and maintaining a high level of professionalism and communicating effectively with all departments
  • Work together with other department Team Members to achieve month-end results, e.g., helping in billing for dockets at month-end
  • Reconciliations of old items and deductions by investigation and write offs or CSR Credits
  • Credit Hold releases for orders on late paying accounts
  • Perform billing for debts/credits/invoices and send to customers both internal & external
  • Manage artwork billing to customers for graphic dockets
  • Maintenance of the Customer Master in LX
  • Calculate and prepare assigned monthly journal entries
  • Reconcile A/R Sub ledger to GL Accounts
  • Reconcile A/R Accrual Accounts
  • Maintain A/R Aging Report and Publish for stakeholders
  • Other related tasks include Petty cash and Iron Mountain record management
  • Front door coverage during receptionist lunch break
  • Other tasks as assigned and agreed

**skills/experience required**

  • Educational Requirements: Post-Secondary Education in finance, bookkeeping or equivalent real world experience
  • Minimum Experience/Field: Must have at least 3 to 5 years accounts receivable management experience (collections a must with solid customer relationship experience)
  • Communication Skills: A skilled communicator with strong ability to positively impact desired behaviours. Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills
