**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are preferred to enhance customer interactions.
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong time management abilities.
- Solid understanding of merchandising principles and pricing strategies.
- Experience in training & development of team members to foster growth.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and payroll processing.
