**About The Position**
The Financial Client Service Associate is responsible for maintaining and improving The Andrews Group’s day-to-day operations and processes. The responsibilities are a combination of project management, vendor liaison, internal financial reporting, processing of client trades, leading team weekly meetings. The position handles all the behind-the-scenes logistics that keep the business “running smoothly and on time”.
While we have a strong network of vendors, consultants, and professionals, The Financial Client Service Associate will work with the other full-time team members and facilitate client requests whether directly or indirectly by delegating to another member of the team.

**Our Ask**
- College or University degree. An asset to have diploma or degree in accounting or finance related field.
- Canadian Securities Course an asset
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of previous experience
- Previous experience of working collaboratively in a team is an advantage.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft office suite etc., including social media would be a benefit.
**Reporting Line**
The Financial Client Service Associate will report to the Senior Advisor. The position will work closely with the other full-time team members.
**Responsibilities**
The Financial Client Service Associate is focused internally on all the behind-the-scenes logistics that are required to keep the company running day-to-day. This includes but is not limited to:
**Vendor liaison**
- All suppliers and landlord
- Sourcing new relationships when required.
- Gathering quotes
**Internal Financial Reporting**
- Timely Uploading and coordinating invoices, receipts with accountant/bookkeeper.
**Client Relationship Management**
- From time to time there will be client interaction at meetings, phone conversations. Being personable, engaging and genuinely interested is a core value.
**Processing of Clients Trades**
- Timely, accurate and efficient execution of trades
- Timely communication of such
- Complete and efficient document flow,
- Assist advisory team with meeting preparation of financial documents.
