LOCATION: Dorval, in person

BENEFITS: Flexible schedule (willing to work days, evenings, weekends and on call)

PAY RANGE: From 20,00$/hour, depending on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain the cleanliness, upkeep and security of our buildings. Our primary objective is to ensure the premises of our buildings remain hygienic and well organized.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Clean common areas (sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing laundry rooms, washing windows).
- Remove trash or bulky items from the buildings.
- Conduct routine inspections and inform management of findings or deficiencies as necessary.
- Perform small repairs and execute projects as assigned.
- Maintain the janitor’s locker rooms clean and organized.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience as a cleaner or janitor.
- Capable of lifting heavy objects and or equipment.
- Basic plumbing knowledge.
- Strong integrity and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate through EMAIL
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and or French
- Ability to use our company’s property management software, BUILDIUM.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.25-$21.17 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-03-10
