**Shipper Receiver/Reach Truck Forklift Operator - afternoon shift**

CMP Group Ltd., a leading provider of Marine Products, Construction, and Industrial solutions is seeking a Shipper-Receiver/ Forklift Operator on a full-time permanent basis for the Vaughn location. The Shipper-Receiver/ Forklift Operator reports to the Shipping Team Leader.

**Responsibilities**:

- 25% forklift driving (loading and loading trucks, taking stock from racking to pick) and 75% picking orders packing and building and wrapping tagging pallets
- Ensure goods are scanned/picked as per Customer Pick List and received as per Purchase Order
- Complete customs paperwork and ship packages domestically and internationally
- Work with Quality Control to ensure goods are shipped to ordered specification and print shipping labels
- Ensure shipments are packed safely, neatly, and will arrive at destination intact and on time
- Ensure each order is inspected for accuracy and bill of ladings are complete and match each shipment when loading/offloading trucks
- Performing cycle counts
- Load and unload trucks, de-stuff floor loaded ocean freight or hand load customer orders
- Daily forklift inspections and weekly battery maintenance
- Manage space and material flow to meet company objectives of timely delivery of product
- Receive incoming packages, perform inspections of received goods and route materials to correct department
- Conduct inspections and execute red tag/quarantine process
- Maintain daily housekeeping responsibilities
- Other duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years shipping/receiving experience
- Valid Raymond reach forklift license
- 6 months to 1 year Raymond reach forklift experience
- RF scanner experience
- Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs.
- Able to pick orders without supervision
- Experience in manufacturing environment (Asset)
- Counter balance, order picker and experience using various forklift operator experience (Asset)
- WHMIS certification and TDG certification (Asset)
- Eagar to work, reliable, dependable, team player, safety mindset and prioritizing to meet deadlines and can work efficiently under pressure
- Safety boots

Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Afternoon shift from 3:30pm -12am. There will be a 2 weeks training on AM (7am -3:30pm) before transitioning to the afternoon shift
