**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform oil and filter changes, lubrication services, and top up essential fluids (e.g., transmission, coolant, brake, power steering).
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks, including inspections of belts, hoses, lights, tire pressure, and fluid levels.
- Install, repair, and rotate commercial truck and off-the-road (OTR) tires, ensuring proper balance and safety.
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper tread depth; perform rotations and minor tire repairs as needed.
- Identify and report minor mechanical issues or maintenance concerns to the Service Coordinator.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including tools, equipment, and workstations.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures when working with hazardous materials and heavy equipment.
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic automotive knowledge or formal training in vehicle maintenance preferred.
- Prior experience with lube services and commercial/OTR tire installation and repair is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Capable of lifting and handling heavy tires and equipment safely and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Valid driver’s license required; a clean driving record is an asset.
