We are seeking to expand our Year Round Labor Crew and are looking for individuals who love working outside, being part of a team and are self driven to deliver the best results they can.

**Duties**:

- Perform various Summer Duties (General Commercial Lawn care, misc. landscape activities)
- Perform winter sidewalk maintenance
- Complete digital work documentation forms
- Maintain and care for personal or company provided equipment, tools and vehicles
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Perform physical work outdoors on a consistent basis (winter and summer)
- Work as a team and take direction
- Keep accurate time sheet records
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the Company
- Perform other tasks as directed

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to pass a customer required Criminal Background Check
- Must be over the age of 18
- Must have a valid CLEAN min. class 5 drivers license (NON - GDL)
- MUST HAVE 3YRS INSURANCE HISTORY
- Must have a mobile device with data to operate company app documentation (compensation provided)
- Must be dependable and responsible
- Must be physically able to perform the tasks described

Wages will depend on the value you can add to our company.

Preference will be given to local (Sylvan Lake area) qualified applicants.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
