Are you an **independent** worker with a strong **attention to detail**? Do you enjoy **working outside**?

As our new Shop & **Yard Person**, you will clean all incoming and outgoing units and perform janitorial duties to facilitate quality work, reduce workplace safety and health risks to workers, and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

**Your Main Responsibilities**
- Assisting with refueling customer, company and rental units.
- Assisting in moving trucks between shop and yard as designated by the Rental Manager

Cleaning duties such as:

- Washing the exterior of units with a pressure washer
- General interior cleaning of units
- Picking up miscellaneous garbage
- Emptying garbage cans
- Shoveling in winter,
- Separating old parts into bins for scrap
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education & Experience**:

- Valid Class 3 Driver’s License
- Experience in vehicle cleaning or detailing position preferred
- Clean Driver’s abstract
- Ability to complete hazardous chemicals safety course
- Ability to work independently
- 1 year experience in a janitorial or vehicle cleaning position preferred
- Ability to endure routine duties
- Shows a learner attitude, initiative, and diligence
