Service Technician/route Driver

**Job Summary**:
The Service Technician/Route Driver is responsible for collecting used cooking oil or servicing grease traps at commercial customer locations. The position requires regular interaction with customers and co-workers in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. The driver will also be expected to respond to urgent pickup requests or emergency grease trap service as directed by the GM or supervisor.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Follow the daily schedule/route assigned.
- Clean and maintain the inside/outside of the truck and equipment. Report any damage or defects to the GM or supervisor.
- Report any issues at the job site.
- Report any accidents, injuries, or damages at the job site.
- Maintain a high standard of service and safety
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record that has been valid for 3 years or more.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and bend/kneel on repeated basis throughout the shift.
- Don't mind smells or an oily environment at times
- Is a team player with a positive attitude and high standards who wants to be a part of a rapidly growing company
- Basic knowledge of Ottawa and surrounding area.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
