**Job Summary**

**Daily Tasks**
- Assist with aluminum window frame installation.
- Sort and organize various materials to their correct location.
- Prepare and install glass.

**Responsibilities**
- Complete tasks assigned by project managers/ team leaders.
- Install glass panels in windows, doors, and other structures according to specifications.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols while on the job site.
- Conduct hazard assessments and implement safety controls where necessary.
- install all window framing materials according to specifications.
- Ensure work it completed to the highest standard of quality.
- Adhere to project schedule and deadlines.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to glazing work.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of construction standard practices.
- Experience operating equipment such as scissor lifts and boom lifts.
- implementation of Safe work practices and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to collaborate and work with others, as well as independently.
- **Must provide own hand tools.**:

- Willingness to learn and develop skills
- Strong knowledge of curtainwall and storefront glazing systems
- Fall arrest, boom & scissor lift, and WHMIS certifications are essential.
- 1+ years of experience in commercial glass installation.
- Familiarity with building blueprints, codes, and regulations.
- Ability to lift 70+lbs.
- Reliable transportation to worksite.
- Must be willing to commute to job sites in the Vancouver area.
