Couples Counsellor/psychotherapist

Heal is looking for a Couples Counsellor/Psychotherapist that is a member in good standing with the board of Social Workers, CRPO, or equivalent. This individual will possess skills qualified to work with couples in a therapist capacity. Individual(s) should possess a masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent and have a minimum of 1-2 years work experience in private practice therapy or similar role. Obtaining professional liability insurance is also a requirement for the position, as well as, registration with a college. Staff will work remotely and require strong internet connection with a private and confidential space in their home to provide therapy. Supervision towards hours or registration can be offered upon request by a qualified external supervisor.
Staff are able to create their own work schedules including days and hours (Mon-Sun, day/afternoon/evening). There is opportunity to work full-time, part-time, or casual. A caseload will be developed for the staff once they are onboarded. Full-time capacity may take several months to develop, however, is possible and encouraged.
