**Beauty Advisor**

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for achieving sales targets by being results-oriented.
- Possess the aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
- Has desire and ability to proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
- Build loyalty and lasting relationships with the consumer.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job.
- Properly set-up and prepare for execution.
- Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives.
- Other related tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Education/Experience: High school diploma required. Attendance for a minimum of six (6) months at a school for esthetics or cosmetology preferred. Beauty, skincare industry experience preferred.
- Possess the aptitude to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
- Proficient use of a personal computer and familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Effective written and oral communication skills (English and/or French, depending on the territory managed).
- Outgoing, energetic, articulate
- Maintain a professional and appropriately groomed appearance consistent with the requirements of the role.
- Specific Retailer Dress code requirements are included in the training documents, where applicable.
- Working environment: Retail store environment with some travel required.

**Education/Experience**: High school diploma required. Attendance for a minimum of six (6) months at a school for esthetics or cosmetology preferred. Beauty, skincare, and/or fitness enthusiasts preferred.

**Physical Demands**:The associate will be regularly required to stand up to 6-8 hours at a time; walk in store aisles to engage with consumers; use hands and fingers to handle or feel the products; talk and hear to the supervisor’ guidelines and consumer inquiries; visual ability to read instructions and perform events.

**Working Conditions (environment in which the job is performed)**: Retail store environment with some travel.

**Language Skills**: English, oral and written proficiency

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 7-12 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
