**We are looking for a full-time veterinary technician (4-5 days/week) to join us in providing an innovative blend of in-home care and telemedicine to the pets and pet-parents of Ottawa**.

Working in our unique practice means a few things:

- You’ll work closely in pairs while on the road, either with a veterinarian or with a fellow technician, to complete in-home visits on a relaxed time-frame
- You’ll have a significant amount of dedicated office time with the larger team to help both with client communication and to keep us organized
- You’ll feel better about practicing in the most Fear-Free way possible
- We will actively be seeking your input on ways to help improve our practice and company.
- You’ll be a valued part of the team and we will work on helping you excel and grow in the areas that interest you most.

We pride ourselves on being a self-managed companyand on being very transparent. This means the position comes with a lot of autonomy and flexibility. As a result, a few characteristics are must-haves:

- High emotional intelligence
- Excellent ability to work in small teams

**Key Details About the Position**
- Valid driver’s license required
- Registered Veterinary Technician status required
- At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Salary is negotiable based on experience and skill set, but would be in the range equivalent $25 - $30/hour + profit sharing.
