**You as a Quality Lead will**:
- Manage, lead, and support the effective implementation of the Project Quality Management Plan, operational best practices, and risk management strategies on the project
- Facilitate proper planning of the work to effectively manage risk and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Oversee the development and implementation of Subcontractor Quality Plans and Inspection and Testing Plans (ITPs)
- Work closely with EllisDon’s regional/corporate quality team and technical departments to ensure adequate understanding and planning for complex elements of the project
- Taking part in and leading internal Quality Audits for the project and reporting any issues and non-conformities to the project team and the Area Quality Manager.
- Facilitate and lead Quality meetings on a scheduled basis with client, construction, and project team representatives.
- Ensure Weekly Quality reporting is being implemented and shared with the project team.
- Experience with Building Commissioning and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manuals development and review is considered and asset.
- The Quality team will be working very close with the document control team on the project to ensure an organized process.
**Is this the right role for you?
- Ability to champion and lead the effective implementation of operational best practices, project quality plans, risk management strategies, and quality assurance /control activities
- Minimum 2-7 years of experience in the construction industry (preferably ICI), and familiarity with quality management systems and practices
- You are a self-directed, motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- This role is located in Cold Lake, AB and will require Secret Clearance
