**Medical Receptionist - Brantford Radiology Group**:

- Location: Brantford and Paris, Ontario_

Brantford Radiology Group is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated **Medical Receptionists** to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced medical environment where patient care and exceptional service are at the forefront.

**Position Type**: Permanent, Full-Time
**Salary**: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (to be discussed during the interview process)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients at the front desk and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Receive and relay faxes accurately and efficiently
- Schedule patient appointments using our clinic software
- Follow up on and complete patient-related tasks as assigned
- Perform light laundry duties
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as required

**Qualifications**:

- Medical Office Administration diploma (an asset)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and ability to interact positively with patients
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule
