DRIVING FORCE Vehicle Rentals, Sales and Leasing is looking for a Permanent Full-Time Film Production Consultant in our Langley location.
This position will be responsible for assisting customers with the selection of vehicles that best suit their travel and work requirements while maximizing customer value and experience.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
- Being the primary contact when booking customers for the film industry, troubleshooting, finding solutions
- Establishing customer relationships by building rapport, becoming familiar with the specific needs, expectations, and requirements of target rentals customers
- Organizing and ensuring that rental vehicle deliveries and pick-ups continually meet agreed conditions and deadlines
- Communicating promptly with direct supervisor regarding any queries and customer issues that may arise
- Focusing on transportation coordinators in the film industry and establishing further contacts
- Ensuring all contacts and accounts are entered into SYNC
- Assisting in billing and account issues where required
- Assisting with business plan by forecasting the volume of the film industry
- Achieving and maintaining department sales targets

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma
- Previous experience with direct sales to transportation coordinators in film industry is preferred
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and Driver’s Abstract acceptable to TDF Group’s Driver and Vehicle Safety Program
- Pre-hire Criminal Security Clearance and Credit Check is required
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to delighting customers through attitude, attention, and effort
- Actively promoting Driving Force Rentals services in alignment with company brand policies and standards
