**Primary Purpose**: The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the organization and management of the warehouse, ensuring the smooth and safe operations regarding inventory, equipment, and procedures. The Warehouse Supervisor works closely with customers and team members, maximizing efficiency in all warehouse operations.
**Essential Job Functions**:
Warehouse & Service
- Oversee warehouse and service team(s) to ensure customer orders are accurately fulfilled, and the product is properly packaged prior to shipping. Shipping documents are complete and included with the product and the customer acknowledges and signs off for receipt of goods.
- Support the completion of inventory/cycle counts and ensuring the warehouse and front office areas are kept clean and tidy, product properly located and identified, aisles clean and free of clutter.
- Prioritize daily tasks and assign to the team as appropriate.
- Process air filter customization jobs, ensuring all costs are properly transacted.
- Report any low stock and over stock items as well as any identified quality issues to the necessary departments.
- Implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity while identifying areas for cost reduction.
Customer Service
- Process customer orders and payments, including walk-in customers.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding shipping costs and delivery times.
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers to process or trace their purchase orders.
General
- Ensure that defects in racking and storage are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspection of the facility for health and safety, maintain safety records and enforce safety protocols.
- Provide back-up coverage for other members of the local team.

**Supervisory Responsibility**: Warehouse and Service staff
**Education and Work Experience**: High school diploma or GED. Must have a valid class 5 license or better. Clean driving Abstract required. At least 2 years experience is a warehousing/logistics or similar role. Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**: Requirements include; being mechanically inclined, successful completion of internal training programs, ability to manage a variety of activities simultaneously. Individual shall possess average written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail. A proven willingness and ability to make sound business judgments. Exhibits a high level of integrity, mutual respect, and employee teamwork at all times. Displays a professional image. Demonstrates a strong commitment to meeting or exceeding company expectations, goals and objectives.
