We are seeking a Baker Assistant to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious baked goods, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes and ensure accurate measurements of ingredients
- Operate and maintain baking equipment
- Decorate cakes and pastries with precision and creativity
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs

Qualifications:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Customer service-oriented mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.56-$28.04 per hour
