- The Facilities Management department requires responsible and conscientious individuals to join their team.

**Position Details**

**Required Qualifications**
- Basic knowledge and experience in all aspects of caretaking/janitorial work
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physically capable to handle job duties as assigned, including driving to off-site location
- Comfortable working at heights over 5 feet and equipment training
- Valid driver’s license

**Preferred Qualifications**
- At least 1 year cleaning experience at Lethbridge Polytechnic, other educational facility or hospitality industry

**Salary**
- AUPE Class Level 2 Step 1 $36,058.18 per annum.
