We are seeking a part-time/on-call operator who will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of monitored areas. They must proactively monitor one or more CCTV systems for suspicious, criminal, and other activity, taking immediate action according to established written instructions (Post Orders). Operators are also responsible for completing reports for observed activity in accordance with the Post Orders and performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Proactively and continuously monitor one or more CCTV systems for suspicious, criminal and other activity, taking immediate action according to Post Orders.
- Complete reports for observed activity in accordance with Post Orders.
- Communicate and liaise with Branch Management, Supervisors, Security Guards across the country to provide support with various operational issues.
- Inbound/Outbound calls to handle inquiries, provide resolutions, as well as confirming the health & Safety of Security guards in the field.
- Complete daily briefings. Write and understand various reports, including but not limited to incident reports, deficiency reports, deployment reports, and daily log reports.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Valid Ontario Security Guard license.
- Experience in a guarding/ monitoring center environment, preferred.
- Being able to monitor and control multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills to monitor and track alarms, live video feeds, and other related activity while monitoring the CCTV system.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to stay calm is stressful situations.Flexibility to cover various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
