The Wood Automotive Group is looking for a Junior Photographer to showcase their skills and join our team This is a great way to get your foot through the door **About the Role**: Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Photographer will produce high-quality images of new and used vehicle inventory for all Wood Automotive Group dealership locations. A camera, computer equipment as well as photo editing software will be provided. **Required schedule**:Tuesday - Saturday from 8:00am - 5:00pm **Responsibilities**: - Capturing, staging, editing, and posting new and used inventory on a daily basis. This includes using the proper focus, exposure, framing, and lighting to ensure high-quality photos. - Ensure inventory photos are taken as per the parameters set out by each dealership including the specific angles and vehicle location on the lot. - Working closely with the Digital Marketing Specialists to identify the vehicles that need to be captured and to make sure the vehicles needed for shooting are washed and detailed. - Vehicles must be clean and clear of snow, ice and dirt before photos are taken. - Reporting daily and weekly activity to the Digital Marketing Specialists to make sure all vehicles have been captured and posted to the dealership websites. - Posting and keeping a record of all inventory photos on Dropbox so they are readily available for when we need to refer back to them. - Manage and organize travel to each dealership on a weekly basis. - Proficiency in the use of a comprehensive range of camera and photography equipment including DSLR, mobile phone cameras, lenses, filters, and lighting equipment. - Responsible for providing staff photos and capturing photography for company events. **Qualifications**: - Automotive photography experience is considered an asset - Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud - Excellent interpersonal skills - Videography experience is considered an asset but not required - Proficiency in the use of a comprehensive range of camera and photography equipment including DSLR, mobile phone cameras, lenses, filters, and lighting equipment. **Requirements**: - Valid driver's license and a clean abstract **About the Benefits of being part of our team**: - Benefits Package: We have an outstanding benefits package for our employees and families that covers 90% of prescription drugs, 80% of general dentistry, and resources including Financial Advisory Services, Nutritional Counselling, Legal Advisory Services, and much more - Pension Plan: To support our goal of building our employees’ careers and helping employees plan for retirement.
