We are seeking a part-time **House Cleaning Floor Manager** to oversee daily cleaning activities, support cleaning staff, and maintain smooth operations on-site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise on-site cleaning operations to ensure the highest service quality
- Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff during shifts
- Conduct site walkthroughs and ensure checklists are fully completed
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensuring a positive customer experience
- Step in to support hands-on cleaning if required

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or operations supervision (5-7 years)
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high standards of quality control are met
- Reliable transportation to access job sites across Norfolk Ontario area
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Physically able to work on your feet for long periods
- Valid Drivers License, must have own vehicle
- Recent Criminal Background Check

- Cleaning: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G/G2 Licence (required)

Work Location: On the road

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
