Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the incumbent will work in the **evening shift 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM **as shipping and receiving clerk working in the office and have the primary responsibilities of:

- Schedule and make appointments for receptions and expeditions;
- Assign the loading and unloading doors according to the space available on the platforms;
- Enter information into the computer system;
- Welcome drivers, visitors and subcontractors;
- Check transport documents, customs, HACCP, etc.;
- Check documents related to orders;
- Scan client documents;
- Assist the foreman and occasionally perform operational tasks;
- Replace the foreman as needed;
- Perform other related duties.
- Ensure compliance with the policies, procedures, standards and regulations in force in the warehouses (H&S, BRC, HACCP, C-TPAT, etc.):

- Verify the identity of truckers, visitors and service providers;
- Manage the visitors register;

**EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**
- AEC in logistics (asset)
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position
- Or equivalent work / study combination

- **Willing to work in the evening shift, 2 PM - 10 PM Monday to Friday, with flexibility in schedule based on operational needs. (required)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
