More specifically, you will be required to:

- Proactively manage a portfolio of clients, coordinating solutions with internal teams to provide services, develop strong client relationships, and ensure high client satisfaction. Advise clients on the best solutions and strategies, agreeing on desired outcomes.
- Develop and prepare presentations on products and services to promote plans to pension committees and at clients' annual general meetings. Support the sales team by participating in shortlist and other presentations to showcase our service offerings, including financial wellness, communication, and reporting.
- Establish business relationships with pension committees, plan sponsors, intermediaries, and other group retirement savings stakeholders to anticipate client needs and ensure full satisfaction with our services. Resolve issues with the help of internal teams, inform them of potential problems, and make recommendations to improve client satisfaction.
- Organize client visits in accordance with service standards to build strong relationships and maintain a high retention rate.
- Collect and analyze data, prepare results-oriented reports and recommendations, understand and research industry trends, and make appropriate recommendations to ensure the development of best practices for the company.
- Ensure the development, retention, and satisfaction of members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Work with clients with ongoing and diversified needs that represent significant development potential for the business unit. Analyze client needs, propose, design, and implement solutions to help clients achieve their objectives.
- Contribute to internal projects requiring in-depth knowledge of your business sector (group retirement savings) and bring the client’s perspective to the conversation.
