**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales transactions accurately and quickly
- Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling opportunities to enhance sales
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
- Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing returns, and issuing receipts with proper phone etiquette
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs promptly and courteously
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory checks
- Assist in supervising store operations when needed, including supervising team members during shifts
- Promote store promotions and special offers to maximize sales opportunities
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in retail sales or grocery store environments preferred; supervisory experience is a plus
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in person and over the phone
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base
- Experience with merchandising, stocking, product demos, upselling, and cashiering preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills necessary for daily cash handling and retail transactions

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
