We are looking for someone with commitment to real estate because so much of this industry is based on the relationships you build with clients. We require experience in real-estate sales, marketing and design. Other key responsibilities that need to be fulfilled are - social media advertising - follow up phone calls - passing on leads of potential clients to the sales manager - submitting architectural designs - planning future home interiors - photographing new homes - posting properties for sale - website management - cleaning & tidying showhome - opening & closing on time Hours: 30 hours/ week - 6 days a week, 5-hour shifts Monday - Thursday 3pm - 8pm Friday Off Saturday, Sunday & Holidays 12pm - 5pm Pay: starting at $18/hour based on experience as well commission pay per lead you generate.
