**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in selecting **plumbing fixtures, including faucets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and related accessories**.
- Provide **product recommendations** based on customer needs, design preferences, and budget.
- Educate customers on **product features, materials, finishes, and installation requirements**.
- Build and maintain relationships with **designers, contractors, builders, and homeowners**.
- Process **sales transactions, quotes, and orders** accurately.
- Stay updated on **industry trends, new product launches, and manufacturer specifications**.
- Collaborate with the **showroom team** to maintain an organized and visually appealing display.
- Follow up with clients on **quotes, orders, and post-purchase inquiries**.
- Meet and exceed **sales targets and KPIs**.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Experience in sales, preferably in plumbing fixtures, kitchen & bath, or high-end home finishes**.
- **Strong knowledge of plumbing products and materials** is an asset.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**.
- **Customer-service oriented with a consultative sales approach**.
- **Ability to work independently and in a team environment**.
- **Proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)**.
- **High school diploma or equivalent** (college education in sales, business, or design is a plus).
