Are you passionate about crafting amazing drinks and creating memorable guest experiences? We're on the lookout for a talented **Bartender **to join our team and bring some great vibes to our restaurant

**What You'll Do**:

- **Prep and Stock**: Set up and organize the bar for service, ensuring it’s clean, stocked, and ready for a busy shift.
- **Engage Guests**: Greet guests, provide menu overviews, make drink recommendations, and take orders, delivering a great guest experience.
- **Mix & Serve**: Craft drinks to spec, garnish with care, and serve beverages quickly and professionally.
- **Stay in Sync**: Communicate with managers, kitchen, and service staff to handle special requests, share 86’d items, and keep service running smoothly.
- **Maintain Standards**: Follow all liquor laws, health, and safety protocols, and keep the bar area tidy and stocked.
- **Close with Care**: Balance the cash, restock, clean, and set up the bar for the next shift to ensure seamless operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with TOCK and POS systems like TouchBistro is a plus.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to interact and communicate well in English.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to stay organized, work well under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
- Must have excellent teamwork skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Certifications: Serving It Right required, Foodsafe Level 1 an asset. Plus, 4-5 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant.
