**Trouw Nutrition** is seeking an Operator to join our Pet Food team in St. Marys, ON. **About The Role: Help produce safe, high-quality pet food.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform basic operational tasks to support production, including manual activities and basic machinery operation
- Conduct simple checks on materials (e.g., weights, sizes, and visual inspections) and report deviations
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work environment
- Follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision when needed
- Provide support to more experienced operators and teams in day-to-day production activities

**Skills and Expertise**

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Attention to detail in routine tasks

**Expectation from the Role**:

- Prior experience in manufacturing or food production is an asset
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures
- Comfortable using basic tools and equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
