**Key Responsibilities**
- **Provide Personalized Beauty Consultations**: Understand clients' beauty goals and recommend products that help them look and feel their best.
- **Demonstrate Product Application**: Showcase your expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines to educate and inspire.
- **Stay Current with Beauty Trends**: Keep up with the latest product launches, beauty innovations, and KISEKI’s exclusive offerings.
- **Deliver Exceptional Client Service**: Create a welcoming, inclusive, and memorable shopping experience by being proactive, approachable, and client-focused.
- **Participate in Sales and Promotional Events**: Engage in in-store promotions and sales events to drive excitement and customer engagement.
- **Clienteling**: Provide attentive service leading up to checkout. Maintain client profiles and contribute to building long-term customer relationships.
- **Maintain Store Environment**: Support daily operations by keeping the store clean, organized, well-stocked, and aligned with visual merchandising standards.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Passion for Asian skincare and makeup
- Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing role.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and delivering exceptional client service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay focused, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient, resourceful, and adaptable in the moment.
- Flexible availability, especially during evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus (e.g., Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, etc.).
