**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and assisting with various tasks to enhance the overall dining experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards while ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$16.17 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
