Experienced Landscaping Lead Hand/skid-steer

**_EXPERIENCED LANDSCAPING LEAD HAND/SKID-STEER OPERATOR_**

**_You will be required to carry out specific job tasks using a variety of tools and equipment in our professional and outdoor environment._**

**_Overview of Responsibilities/Credentials:_**
- **_Competency in the safe and efficient operation of Skid-steers, Rubber Tire Loaders and Excavators with advanced skills levelling to grade a must_**:

- **_Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of equipment is required_**:

- **_Maneuver equipment into loading or unloading positions; ensure that vehicle position is correct_**:

- **_Maintaining Yard/Shop - enforce standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites and yard/shop areas_**:

- **_Able to operate various tools and equipment and perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment on a daily basis_**:

- **_Responsible for loading and unloading product, deliveries and inventory for retail and installation_**:

- **_Must be able to lift 50 lbs_**:

- **_Able to work well in a team environment as well as on your own - lead by example_**:

- **_Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract with own transportation to and from shop_**:

- **_Be prepared to work outdoors through ever changing weather conditions_**:

- **_Manage safety, quality and productivity of work at jobsites, shop and yard_**:

- **_Oversee crew_**:

- **_Comply with all company health and safety policies, practices and procedures_**:

- **_Complete and submit all required paperwork on a daily basis as required to office and/or Manager_**:

- **_Willingness to complete required Occupational Health & Safety Act and Ministry of Labour requirements prior to commencement of employment_**:

- **_Knowledge of use of Screeners, Grinders a definite asset_**

**_2- years minimum experience is required - Salary/Wage will be based upon experience_**
