There are good opportunities to grow with the company. - Our bread and treats are baked fresh everyday without any added preservatives. - We donate all of our end of day baked goods to community charities. - We provide a benefits package upon successful completion of the 3 month probation period. - Compensation will be commensurate to experience. **As a Baker at COBS Bread, you will**: - Work with other Bakers and the Production Manager to ensure the bread quality and range is to COBS Bread standards and delivered on time to meet customer demands. - Maintain the safety of staff and customers by upholding the COBS Bread brand and standards. - Be assigned an initial designated area of responsibility (Bowl, Bench, or Ovens) and will cross-functionally train and learn all three areas. - Assist with stock rotation. - Provide delightful customer service. - Provide support to the whole bakery team, demonstrate team work and foster good working relationships. **Responsibilities** - At COBS Bread Upper Oakville, baking starts at 12 am.
