Night Auditor Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will contribute to providing a positive experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct night audit procedures to verify all accounts are in balance
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Perform security checks throughout the property
- Prepare daily reports for management
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in using phone systems and front desk software
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in multiple languages (Bilingual/Multilingual)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
