**The Role**:
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.- Optimize and manage the distribution and storage of all employee documents using the HRIS system.- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data entry, system functionality, or user access.- Collaborate with IT to implement system enhancements and upgrades as needed.- Collect and analyze HR data from multiple sources, including HRIS, performance management systems, employee surveys, and other relevant sources.- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize HR metrics and trends, such as employee turnover, retention rates, diversity, and recruitment analytics.- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify patterns, correlations, and opportunities for improvement in HR processes and practices.- Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices that influence HR strategies, policies and procedures.- Champion and lead the Health and Safety initiatives onsite, ensuring Health and Safety practices are in place with all necessary documents and updates, as needed and required by law.- Support the planning of on-site initiatives, events and projects.
**What You Bring**:
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS management, or data analysis.- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, H&S and regulations.- Proficiency in HRIS systems (ideally ADP Workforce Now)- Outstanding written and verbal communication; must be a clear, concise and persuasive communicator- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights for decision-making- Proficient in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
