We are currently seeking COOKS at ITALIAN KITCHEN. Located at 860 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC, focused on old world charm, new world vibe.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- FOODSAFE certification is an asset, but willing to train
- Experience as a line cook is an asset - grilling, frying, sautéing, chopping, etc
- Strong knife skills and workable knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Solid understanding of standard measurements and portions
- Energetic with a passion for food and a positive outlook
- Able to follow oral and written instructions
- Likes to work as part of a team
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
